Getting the project ready for you.
Multi-Vendor Online Pharmacy & Warehouse Management Platform

LifeLine is a comprehensive full-stack online pharmacy and healthcare commerce platform designed for customers, medicine sellers, administrators, and warehouse managers. It combines a modern public storefront with role-specific dashboards for managing medicines, prescriptions, orders, payments, inventory, sellers, warehouses, and platform content.
Customers can browse healthcare products, manage carts and wishlists, upload prescriptions, complete checkout, track orders, manage wallet transactions, request returns, and access health-related content. Sellers receive dedicated tools for medicine listings, stock and batch management, promotions, coupons, orders, earnings, withdrawals, licenses, subscriptions, and sales analytics.
The platform also includes administrative controls, an AI-powered healthcare assistant, content management, seller verification, prescription approval, fraud monitoring, support tickets, and a multi-warehouse fulfillment system that routes and consolidates orders from multiple sellers before final delivery.
The primary challenge was designing a scalable system that supports four separate user roles while maintaining consistent authentication, permissions, navigation, and data access across the platform.
Another major challenge was implementing the multi-seller and multi-warehouse order workflow. A single customer order may contain products from several sellers, requiring the system to divide it into seller-specific sub-orders, determine the nearest origin and destination warehouses, create individual shipment legs, support same-warehouse shortcuts, consolidate packages, generate packing slips, dispatch the final order, and credit seller wallets only after successful delivery.
Additional challenges included managing prescription and pharmacy-license documents, synchronizing complex order statuses between the frontend and backend, handling inventory batches and expiry information, integrating payment and wallet operations, and presenting large amounts of operational information through responsive dashboards.
The next development phase will focus on introducing WebSocket or Server-Sent Event updates for live order tracking, a Progressive Web App for mobile users, multilingual support, advanced medicine search, personalized product recommendations, and automated refill reminders.
Other planned improvements include comprehensive unit and integration testing, CI/CD pipelines, application monitoring, stronger accessibility compliance, delivery-partner integration, electronic prescription verification, advanced warehouse forecasting, sales intelligence, and native mobile applications for customers and warehouse employees.
